Intel Core Ultra 205, 235, 245 Specs Leaked, Confirms Core Ultra 3 Series Processor

Some more non-K lower-end Arrow Lake S processors

The leak confirms that the Intel Arrow Lake S desktop series will feature a Core Ultra 3 processor, which was rumored to be launched in the series. More entry-level processors and their specs were leaked on X(formerly Twitter).

There are now 15/16 SKUs for the Arrow Lake S desktop lineup alone

As we move towards the launch of the Arrow Lake S desktop processor series, more leaks about the lineup are surfacing online. The new one suggests that Arrow Lake S will have more processors in the lower end of the spectrum, including the Core Ultra 3 series processor. The leak comes from @OneRaichu, who added three more SKUs and listed their model names along with the clock speeds.

As per the leaker, the new SKUs are the Intel Core Ultra 205, Core Ultra 235, and Core Ultra 245. While the Core Ultra 235 and 245 belong to the Core Ultra 5 series, the Core Ultra 205 is a Core Ultra 3 processor, which was in the talks a few days ago. All these are non-K processors, meaning they will be non-overclockable but they do offer some generous clock speeds.

The Core Ultra 5 245 brings a base/boost clock of 3.4GHz/5.1GHz for the P-cores and an all-core clock of 4.9GHz. The base/boost clock for the E cores will be 2.9GHz/4.5GHz. For the Core Ultra 5 235, the base/boost P cores clock will be 3.4GHz/5.0GHz and for E cores, it will be 2.9GHz/4.4GHz with an all-core boost of 4.8GHz. The Core Ultra 3 205 will bring 3.9GHz/4.8GHz for P cores and 3.3GHz/4.2GHz for E cores with a 4.7GHz all-core boost.

The Core Ultra 3 205 may or may not be the only CPU in the Ultra 3 series as it is possible that Intel might bring the Core Ultra 3 215 processor with somewhat better specs. However, the core/thread count will be similar to the 205, which will bring 8 cores as a combination of 4 performance and 4 efficient cores. Up until now, we have mostly seen the benchmark numbers of the higher-end K series Arrow Lake S processors but we haven’t seen much about the non-K SKUs.

The Core Ultra 200 Arrow Lake S series will launch on 10th October and will feature T, F, K, and KF SKUs along with regular models.
