With the official launch just a month away, the final specifications of the Arrow Lake are now out. It looks like Intel won’t be introducing any changes to these now.
Some small changes to cache, clock, and TDPs of a few SKUs
As per the latest reports, we know that Intel has rescheduled the Arrow Lake launch from 17th October to 24th. However, the company will reveal the processors on the 10th of October. That said, the specifications we have from various leaks and rumors aren’t official yet. However, the latest leak most likely reveals the finalized specs of the SKUs planned to launch on 24th October.
Intel will start releasing Arrow Lake with five SKUs: Intel Core Ultra 9 285K, Core Ultra 7 265K, Core Ultra 7 265KF, Core Ultra 5 245K, and Core Ultra 5 245KF. The non-K and other lower-end chips will be launched in 2025 along with the budget Intel 800 chipset motherboards. As for the specs, Benchlife has provided the updated and probably the final specs of these 5 SKUs.

The newly updated specs show us some changes in L3 cache size, where the Core Ultra 265K/KF models now have 3MB less cache than previously rumored. The final specs also show us a 100 MHz decrease in the P-Core boost clock for the 265K and KF SKUs. As for the Core Ultra 9 285K, nothing seems to have changed.
For the Core Ultra 5 245K and KF SKUs, most specs are accurate as per the previous reports but the Core Ultra 5 245KF will have the base operating TDP of 125W instead of 65W. This is also true in the case of Core Ultra 7 265KF. All these SKUs will have a specific power operating range starting from 125W up to 159W for the Core Ultra 5 245K/KF and up to 250W for the Core Ultra 7 265K/KF and Core Ultra 9 285K.
