There is no denying that cheating spoils the overall gaming experience for dedicated players and while there are fewer cheaters than the ones who don’t, a single such person can ruin the whole match.
Call of Duty since the launch of its multiplayer modes has been facing cheaters in different installments and the Modern Warfare series is no exception. This is the sole reason why the developers had to develop anti-cheat systems that would keep the game as fair as possible.
The original Modern Warfare 3 which was released in 2011 is not spared by cheaters as well. The game continues to see cheaters using various kinds of hacks in the multiplayer mode. However, if you are someone who just wants to enjoy the campaign without dying or wants infinite bullets, this is something we don’t discourage.
Cheating in Modern Warfare III (2011)
If you want to cheat in Modern Warfare III, you can do so in the campaign mode which can be played offline. In online mode, you are more likely to get banned if you do so. The campaign mode can become a vacation if you use the German Trainer and all you need to do is download it from DLH.net.
After downloading the file, extract everything from gghz-codmw3trn.rar, copy the files into the game directory, and run the trainer. Now launch the game and you are ready to use the four cheats the trainer provides:
- Numpad 0: This cheat gives you Infinite Health. With this cheat, you won’t die anymore as your health bar freezes.
- Numpad 1: This will give you Infinite Ammunition for all the weapons. So, enjoy spraying your bullets wherever you want.
- Numpad 2: This gives you Infinite Grenades so that you can annihilate all the enemies quickly.
- Numpad 3: It disables/enables weapon Reloading. Essentially now you don’t have to hide as you can carry infinite ammo in a single magazine.
Alternatively, wemod.com provides a similar trainer for MW3 which is available for Windows OS. However, the trainer adds two more cheats cheat called “Freeze Enemies” and “Rapid Fire”. This cheat has been available since 2017 and works with Win 7, 8.1, 10, and 11.
Cheating in Modern Warfare III (2023)
The anti-cheat system for Modern Warfare II 2023 is far more advanced than the previous COD games. This means you are more likely to get banned quickly if you try to cheat in online multiplayer modes.
Last month Activision announced that it has prepared the Ricochet Anti-Cheat System that will maintain a fair and competitive gameplay environment for the players. This is done keeping in mind the large COD player base has complained several times about cheaters.
While cheating in online multiplayer mode is inevitable, Activision is trying its best to not let this happen by punishing the cheaters. Since the launch of the beta mode, players have already started complaining about this issue to Activision. Since the Ricochet Anti-Cheat System is not available in the beta mode, we need to wait and see how good the Ricochet Anti-Cheat system will be in dealing with the cheaters.
